Parking at Sun Tower is FREE — ample surface parking is available at 1550 Bedford Highway at no charge to clients. The Sun Tower building is also fully barrier-free and accessible, featuring step-free entry, accessible elevators, and wheelchair-accessible facilities throughout, ensuring our clinic is welcoming to all clients.

From downtown Halifax or the Mumford Terminal, take Route #9 Mumford or Route #52 Portland Hills to Lacewood Terminal, then connect to Route #80 toward Bedford. From South End Halifax, take Route #1 Spring Garden to Mumford Terminal, then #80 to Bedford Highway.

Peak-hour HRM Commuter Express routes connecting Halifax to Bedford: Route #182, Route #186, Route #192, Route #194, and Route #196. These routes serve the Halifax–Bedford commuter corridor during morning and evening peak hours.
