Our Adult IQ Assessment Fees
Valued Action Psychological offer adult IQ Assessments with our psychologists billed at a rate of $230/hour. Total assessment fees vary somewhat in price and may be somewhat less than the amount indicated.
The maximum fee for an Adult IQ Assessment is $1,035. This includes 4.50 hours of clinical time (interview, testing, interpretation, report writing, feedback meeting).
Assessment fees are commonly covered by private insurance. You are encouraged to verify your coverage before booking/attending your assessment appointment as we do not have access to individual insurance policy coverage details.
Common Referral Reasons
Concerns regarding reading, writing, and math / numerical skill development that are negatively impacting functioning. These assessments also include ADHD within their scope. IQ assessment clients sometimes also have questions about a Child Giftedness Assessment. We welcome clients from Halifax, Dartmouth, and Bedford, as well as by virtual assessment across Nova Scotia.
